We are a staffing company, that means we handle all of your human resources. We conduct a search to locate just the caregiver you specify. After you accept your caregiver, we hire, pay, insure, provide benefits, handle all payroll taxes and filling. 

Our professionals are experienced in early childhood development, psychology, education, or specialized adult and elder care, based on what you have told us you need, ensuring that you receive the very best support tailored to your needs.

Tier 1:

Standard Elite (Child, Adult & Senior Care)

For families seeking top-tier, highly educated caregivers, our Standard Elite professionals have at least five years of experience and hold a bachelor’s degree in education, psychology, or a field related to the client’s needs.

Ideal for:

✔️ Engaging childcare with a focus on educational enrichment

✔️ Daily routines, organizing, medication management as directed.

✔️ Companion care and daily assistance. 

✔️ Non-medical support, errands, and mobility assistance

Tier 2:

Specialized & Advanced (Child, Adult & Senior Care)

This tier is for employers who require experienced specialists with a master’s degree or advanced training in child psychology, early intervention, adult or senior wellness, or bilingual communication.

Ideal for:

✔️ Companion care for highly intellectual clients. Daily assistance for active clients.

Our most exclusive and highly specialized staff include licensed professionals, therapists, behavioral specialists, and advanced-degree educators or senior care experts with over 10+ years of experience.
